My company just deployed Exchange 2000. Thankfully I had no part in that. I will have to use it on occasion, so I decided to give the Ximian Evolution Connector for Exchange a try.

The good news is that it works. There's two bits of bad news. First, they didn't install Outlook Web Access so the Connector is nonfunctional at the moment. They are planning to install it though.

The second bit of bad news is that Novell doesn't provide binaries for Debian, only for Redhat. And to add insult to injury, the RPMs don't work on Debian either.

But I found some that do. And so that you don't have to muck around with Alien if you don't want, I've posted the resulting .deb files here. Enjoy.
