1. Install NetAddr::IP

2. make debian or make gentoo, as appropriate. Feel free to submit
   an init script for your system if you use something else.

3. Edit /etc/ssh-lockout.cfg. Make sure to set any whitelist IPs
   that you need. Don't want to lock yourself out, now do you?
	Also look at "detach" and "debug", which you may wish to adjust
	for testing.

4. /etc/init.d/ssh-lockout start

5. Monitor results via syslog if you like.
